This is a classic bottle for us, the Bunnahabhain 12.
Tasting notes
Nose
Sweet floral aromas and a touch by the almighty sea.
Palate
Creamy vanilla, cherry, salted caramel, chocolate and a hint of smoke.
Finish
The fruity side dries slightly and ends spicy with a hint of raisins and a handful of nuts.
Add some water and you will get to know the sweet side of it. This is a so called approachable Islay, with just enough body to keep you satisfied. Perfect for beginners, a nice starter for the experienced drinker. You just have to try the good old Bunnahabhain 12 once in your life!
